1. Who is DDEC?
DDEC is a wholly owned subsidiary of MARA established to help Malaysian entrepreneurs strengthen their company image and branding through various creative solutions.
2. Does DDEC accept grants as payment?
YES! We are one of the agencies in Malaysia that accepts grants as payment. We want all levels of customers to be able to enjoy our services and have a competitive opportunity with entrepreneurs out there.
3. Does DDEC give grants to entrepreneurs?
No. DDEC does not offer any grants to entrepreneurs, but DDEC can provide some recommendations and advice for the selection of parties that offer grants to entrepreneurs.
4. Who belongs to Malaysian entrepreneurs?
Our customer profile consists of Micro-entrepreneurs, SMEs and multinational companies.
5. Are the services offered by DDEC expensive?
Our design service prices are fixed but dynamic over time. Starting as low as RM300 per hour, this price is subject to the requirements of the duration of the work throughout the entire duration of the project. However, we believe that the price tag is not the main goal of the customer. Good branding is judged from the communication born from the design itself. And our graphic designers are good at it.
6. As an entrepreneur, what do I need to have first before coming to DDEC?
As an entrepreneur, at least you need to know the main requirements needed for your business. From these requirements, DDEC will understand and offer a creative solution package that is suitable and in line with your wishes.
7. Is the service package offered fixed or can it be changed according to the project?
The packages offered are customer friendly. DDEC offers suitable packages based on the ability and needs of entrepreneurs.
8. Is the location of the photography studio the same as the DDEC headquarters?
Yes, the DDEC photography studio is based at the DDEC Headquarters.
9. If not, does the production process take a long time?
The photo shooting session will follow the timeline/schedule/timeline set at the beginning of the project discussion.
10. I already have a company brand. Can DDEC help produce product brands?
OF COURSE YOU CAN! DDEC will help produce product brands that are suitable for entrepreneurs' products. Each brand will be equipped with justification and storytelling that fits the entrepreneur's product.
11. If I am interested in obtaining montage manufacturing services, what do I need to prepare?

12. If I agree to use the web production service, is blog content also provided by DDEC?
Nope. Currently we do not provide this service. We only create blog pages if you want them.
13. How long does the process take for me to get results from the selected service?
Each service offered by DDEC has a set timeline. However, this timeline depends on both sides to make it work.
14. My company only want to use and pay part of the complete package offered, can I?
If you have signed an agreement at the beginning of the discussion, you have agreed to pay the price of the package, whether you use the entire package or not.
15. What sets DDEC apart from other design agencies?
