Anti-Corruption Policy

Malaysia Design Development Centre (DDEC) is committed to implementing a code of ethics on the prohibition of corruption to all members of the organization's work and activities and its relationships with interested parties to ensure that all opportunities and opportunities for corruption, embezzlement and abuse of power can be dealt with efficiently and effective in accordance with the provisions under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 and other related acts.

This policy applies to all DDEC working members and stakeholders in all DDEC affairs and is used as a framework in the setting, review and achievement of Anti-Corruption objectives.

The Governing Body and DDEC Management are committed to implementing all policies and procedures to prevent, monitor and eliminate any form of corruption and implement continuous improvement through the MS ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Corruption Management System.

Through the Whistleblowing Policy, DDEC always gives space to the staff and interested parties to report any corruption within the organisation.

DDEC is committed to constantly improve the requirements under this Anti-Corruption Policy from time to time independently and comprehensively.
